The Ayò system is constituted from a system of supplying, represented from coming from vegetables productions from Companies directly controlled or bounded from Contracts of Cultivation that supplies the raw materials to the productive company localized to Villacidro, at the feet of the Linas Mount or to other Companies of transformation used in the preparation of semi finish.
The farm work in accordance with of Organic Agriculture Methods or based or based on integrated production disciplinary. The production offer is related to aromatic vegetables and horticultural products both on field and in protected cultivation in order to leave of continuity of supply also in the winter periods. To support the Agricultural production it has been constituted a network of qualified Suppliers of whom we guarantee the productions also of the seeds. The production company has been built up in accordance with the most modern techniques of alimentary production. It has been equipped with a laboratory of analysis for controls and verifications and one structure of R&D for the development of new products and the improvement of those currently in production. The productive structure is in a position to realizing fresh and conserved gastronomy specialty. Given the characteristics of our system, the peculiarity of our offer wheel on three poles: “freshness, savouriness, health. Leaving from this last one we think of being able to produce agree to all the necessities of the Consumers to leave from the concept of “goods” that, in our case, account also of the tradition, the typical and all the connections holds, that we have constructed with the territory.
