Dolcefreddo Moralberti, a historic company producer of Italian desserts in Treviso, was born from the dream, from the passion and determination of its founder Giovanni Moratto, who loved to prepare with his mother different desserts exploring new tastes and recipe, since he was a child.

Over time his passion, thanks also to the studies carried out alongside the best pastry chefs, has been trasformed into the ambition to bring the traditional Italian desserts in the world, first of all the Tiramisù.

The very high quality of the ingredients used is the result of careful research that favors local raw materials of the territory: mascarpone and ladyfingers are products at zero distance, since they are produced in the region of Veneto (North East of Italy) near Treviso, where Tiramisù originated and where the company is based.

Dolcefreddo Moraberti uses state-of-the-art technologies and is certified IFS, FSSC 22000 to support the food safety of the preduct, which is still made by hand. Moreover, the company has the WHA Halal certification.
