COMPANY’S INTRODUCTION
Italgi S.r.l. is a leading company in the manufacturing of pasta machines. 

It was born in the 1980s in Santa Margherita Ligure (Genoa), in the Ligurian Riviera, by a group of technicians sharing a great passion for traditional Italian cuisine.
In those years, the strong export culture allowed the Italgi® brand to be introduced and appreciated also in foreign markets: United States, Japan, UK, France, Germany …
Since then, the company has grown year by year, both in terms of size and staff, keeping the same will to constantly improve existing machines and make innovations to respond to market trends.

MAIN PRODUCTS
The range of Italgi® machines is wide and aims to meet the needs of customers, from restaurants, pasta stores, supermarkets to medium-sized industrial plants.
We manufacture extruders, multipurpose pasta machines, gnocchi machines, forming machines for stuffed pasta (ravioli, cappelletti, ethnic products), pasta cookers, show cooking stations… as well as fully customized production lines (pasteurization, drying,  ready meals).

At the headquarters of Italgi, the school of pasta Primo Piatto (www.primo-piatto.it) organizes international courses on fresh pasta, held by professionals in the sector, in which theory is combined with practice, with the use of Italgi® equipment.
