Olearia Clemente is the biggest company in the Italian olive oil production chain. It has been a business and a family tradition for well over a century, since 1895, when it was founded in what is now the Gargano National Park, in Southern Italy. Olearia Clemente has unceasingly reorganized its own production methods and administration over the years, moving abreast with the times, and striving to make the most of the abundant commodity available at just a few steps from home. In fact Olearia Clemente currently runs production as well as processing, storage, packaging, and marketing. At the same time Olearia Clemente is sealing his manufacturing process with several certifications that mark out the origin of the raw material, monitor all the productive stages, and ensure the standardization of oil working methods. Olearia Clemente endorses with its own firm-name all the types of olive oil that are produced, thus ensuring customers quality, solidity and reliability.
