ALPA company is a family business estabilished in 1996.

Its core business is the processing and transformation of chestnuts. 

Over the years it have greatly expanded the working process, to have different lines of products made not only with chestnuts.

Today the range of products is composed by:

– Fresh sterilised chestnuts;

– Spreadable creams and compotes;

– Roast chestnuts in syrup;

– Gluten-free products (pasta with chestnut flour, chestnut flour, dried chestnuts, chestnut cream, tomato sauce);

– Gift packs.

Over than 70% of the products are organic.

The company police is always the same: offering a wide range of high quality products for an attentive clientele, looking for food that is healthy and genuine but at the same time tasty and unique.

It provide this combination through the combination of contrastant  flavours and the use of sophisticated packaging, including labels made from natural recycled paper and hand-drawn watercolour designs.

The processing is done without the use of dyes or preservatives, so as to preserve the organoleptic properties of the raw materials (only the best Italian fresh seasonality fruit).

The use of modern equipment also allows the company to produce different sizes, so as to meet the needs of customers.
