I Tre Poggi was born from love and respect for the land: essential values that our family handed down from generations to generations. The brand includes three farms: one is located in the Tuscan Maremma where an excellent extra virgin olive oil is produced, another one in Franciacorta and a third one in the Garda Lake region.

Our olives are harvested with manual processes and come exclusively from the trees of the Tuscan Maremma and from the typical Tuscan cultivars : leccino, frantoio, maurino and moraiolo. The oil is pressed in a short time, filtered and stored in an airtight container. Also the highly professionalized EVOO production processes contribute to the overall quality, making Tuscan olive oil among the best in the world. After being analyzed and deemed suitable by the commission of the Tuscan IGP Consortium, it is packaged and bottled. The result is a superior quality product, which has an excellent balance between bitter and spicy and is characterized by a very low acidity and a high content of vitamins, polyphenols and antioxidants. With notes of artichoke and eggplant, followed by final touches of pink pepper this excellent evoo is versatile and perfect for any kind of dishes. I Tre Poggi farm has been named in “The Land of Olive Oil” by Maestrod’Olio Academy among the best italian extra virgin olive oil producers for the second consecutive year.
