History:

          The company that today produces and sells under the DOLCON brand has origins three generations away and the founder was the “Grand Master of Pastry” Antonino Condorelli.

In the following long years of activity, after having also achieved the goal of “Grand Master of Pastry and Knight of Labor”, he set himself the goal of collecting in a commercial proposal the flavors and quality of typical Calabrian products for the “Calabria market ”Thus satisfying the palate of consumers in the search for those typical products and flavors that are difficult to find.

From the year 2000 the company management has passed to the current third generation which naturally adapting to changes in consumption and market demands, has set itself new objectives, as certain regional products (example: Almond milk / Torroncini but not only) they have emerged from a regional request by expanding their reference market to all of Italy with small market shares also in various foreign countries.

Production :

 Dolcon , according to tradition, still today it uses raw materials of superior choice and among these we list: the almond of Avola D.o.p. , natural Calabrese orange honey, Bronte pistachios, pure chocolate, natural candied fruit, fine flours and other raw materials, totally excluding the use of semi-finished products, improvers or other.
