La RiservaBio is a small organic farm which was founded by owners, Mrs. Anna Maria De Rossi and her husband Giovanni , agronomist, from their passion for high quality olive oil. The farm is situated in Tuscania, an area of Italia center which has perfect climate and soil conditions for the pressing of prime quality extra-virgin olive oil. The farm also produces cereals and legumes. We have been organic since 22 years because our main objective is the health of consumers and the environment.
La Riserva’s extra-virgin olive-oil is produced only with olives of ancient variety Canino,harvested in our farm, through a well supervised process, where quality is always more important than quantity. The result is a balanced oil, with a fruity flavour and spicy aftertaste. This aftertaste is due to the presence of polyphenols which have important antioxidant, hypoglycaemic and cholesterol-lowering properties.
Our oil has received many awards and is present in the best national and international guides.
