The Dolciaria La Fenice srl Company was established in 1999. It is located in Reitano (ME), on the west side of Nebrodi Mountains, at about 500 mt from Santo Stefano di Camastra (ME) highway exit.
Since 1999 it produces, at handicratt level, typical Sicilian confectionery products widely consumed. The entrepreneurial initiative was born from the initiative of Mrs. Vincenza Maria Testagrossa, young mother that in the nearby Mistretta has had the goal of publicise Sicilian confectionery delicacies outside Sicily.
The desserts proposed have the precious Sicilian almonds as common element, and their highest expression are Almond Pasts and Marzipan Fruits. In the following years the range of products has been enriched with the production of handicraft crisp pastries, and a line of salty snack for aperitifs. The mission of the entrepreneur has been slowly but constantly achieved, because the products have reached consumers throughout Italy, Europe and the whole world, through different distribution channels. The success comes mainly from the careful choice ot the raw materials used and the high quality of logistics that allows them to reach any destination in a few days. Today The Dolciaria La Fenice Company is managed in equal part by Mrs. Testagrossa and Mr. Sebastiano Belbruno, who came from high level of the Italian GDO and joned the company in 2006 giving it his large support for the general development.
Today the both families are involved in every area of the company and The Dolciaria La Fenice is along its 23th year of activity.
