Caffè Fadi is a young company, but the custodian of ancient knowledge, which makes it a sought after and appreciated reality.
Founded in 2014 by the lawyer Fabiola La Grotta, the roasting company immediately established itself for its high quality standards. Standards, the latter, achieved throughout the production process: from the careful research of raw materials on the world market to a production process that has been able to wisely integrate loyalty to the best traditions of artisanal roasting with the most modern and efficient technologies in the field of the roasting until to meticulous care in packaging and distribution.
All this in order to guarantee its customers an offer of products capable of satisfying all tastes and needs.
The strength of the company is the quality of the raw materials. The coffee used is grown in Guatemala, Colombia, Brazil, Honduras, Indonesia, Ethiopia and Costa Rica.
In the Fadi coffee, tradition, research and constant experimentation come together.
State-of-the-art plants and a team of skilled and professional operators create unique products, with the aim of preserving the aromas and personality of the different coffees and guaranteeing the quality of the blends over time.

The coffees that make up our blends are the best qualities of Arabica and Robusta. The single origins are blended and roasted with a technique that allows each type of seed to reach the ideal degree of roasting and create balanced blends in terms of taste, body and aroma.
Our roasting company currently produces coffee beans, pods and ground coffee. The production of capsules is not contemplated following a precise choice of company policy that aims at eco-sustainability and eco-compatibility.
