Luna Buona was born from the love that the owner, Denis Vassallo, has for the earth. With over 25 years of experience in the production and sale of baked goods, he was able to create a working method, a technique and all the secrets for making excellent bread.
This is where the idea of PanPiadina was born, an extraordinary and one-of-a-kind product, capable of combining the goodness, aroma and nutrients of bread.

That taste tasted as children, today rediscovered thanks to a process that has nothing industrial and that gives us unforgettable flavors. Our laboratories are on the hills of Imola, in the heart of a Romagna that does not want to sever the link with the past, rather it enhances its flavors, enhancing them and making them discover them to the whole world.
Our production capacity is more limited than large industries, precisely because all the ingredients of PanPiadina come from our farm: from wheat to oil, from cereals to milk; without forgetting the mother yeast which, combined with a slow leavening, makes the products light and digestible.
There is no preservative or GMO, because we strongly believe in our product and in authentic flavors. PanPiadina is in fact packaged in a protective atmosphere, so as to maintain the organoleptic properties of the raw materials used unaltered.
