The “Le Donne del Notaio” oil is a precious offering from Abruzzo, produced with care and dedication by all the generations before me, which I still produce today with love and a touch of pride.

Our oils have always been produced with the utmost respect for tradition, using increasingly innovative methods that improve the quality and processing of the olives. Throughout the various generations that have followed, we have now reached the third consecutive generation of women. Our love for nature has been preserved but has also evolved, placing our company in a different space, as if suspended in time, reshaping ideas of authenticity and love for the earth and its natural rhythms. Each generation has inherited established traditions and values from the previous one and has constantly focused on a search for something more, something to improve the quality of its products.
