Pralver founded in 2003, located in the industrial site of Verona, it specializes in the entire production cycle of food preparations for the professional food sector.
Pralver enclosured a century Veronese experience in the preparation of artichoke, mushrooms and preserved vegetables created for filling pizzas or used as base for culinary preparations.
Only first-choice ingredients, from a careful selection made in the national territory or in the European market of excellence become recipes of our tradition.
Pralver has always focused on the guarantee of its products starting from the evaluation of suppliers, on-line controls and continuous research on packaging innovation.
Special attention is directed to fresh mushrooms and artichokes where the members directly follow the cultivation.
Collaborating with kitchen professionals, we have developed over the years a constant research and attention to the best recipes that through the processing at reduced thermal stress and the use of packaging with innovative materials guarantee integrity, and protection of flavour and perfume reducing the enviromental impact.
The idea of making genuine products in flexible packaging has offered new ideas and new incitement for those who every day find themeselves having to use packaged products with energy expenditure and difficulty in disposing of packaging.
The flexible bags allow shorter pasteurization times and less preserving liquid, therefore a lower CO2 emission.

The production line is completely automatized and monitored by a system which allows to collect and record in real time the data which are sensitive to the safety and guarantee of the quality.
