SANTACANDIDA ITALIA SRL is based in Bari, Italy, and has been producing organic Khorasan wheat in Puglia and Basilicata for over 20 years. Always focused to the cultivation of this ancient wheat we sow more than 400 hectares a year to ensure a constant supply to our customers such as mills, transformers and retailers.
We work every day to cultivate, transform and provide an ideal that has become stronger over the years given the growing demand for ancient grains.
Pursuing the sustainability of the territory, of the production of a grain never modified and therefore of the production chain connected to it is what makes us believe in a solid and forward-looking project.
Wheat, flour for pizza, cakes, bread, flour for pasta and of course, organic highly digestible pasta.
From Spaghetti to Maccheroni, from Penne to Fusilli, we provide classical kinds of famous pasta and do it in a way we have never tried before.
Khorasan wheat products are ideal for people intolerant to gluten, people with gluten sensitivity.
