L’Energia delle Piante is a company that operates in the medical sector with nutraceutical products, food supplements and cosmetics, founded in 1990 by Dr. Rossi Pietro and a team of pharmacist, biotechnological and herbal researchers. He collaborates with the University of Bari and Lecce for projects on innovative technologies of active ingredients extracted from medicinal plants. L’Energia delle Piante, which also includes an 18th century farmhouse, is located in a hilly area in central-southern Puglia, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The production plants of the highest technological level and chemical-physical and microbiological analysis laboratories allow the development of advanced formulas for the production of food supplements, nutraceuticals and functional cosmetics based on natural ingredients. The love for nature and the passion for medicinal and aromatic plants help us to meet the needs of customers, doctors and pharmacists.

The Energy of Plants produces semi-finished products of medicinal plants such as:

• Dry, Liposomal, Glycerine, Glycolic, Lipoic, Hydroalcoholic, Aqueous extracts.
• Medical cosmetics; for skin lesions, psoriasis, eczema, atopic dermatitis
• Supplements for various needs: Iron deficiencies in Liposomal form, deficiencies in calcium, Vitamin C and Zinc in Liposomal form.
• Products for the immune system and prostate function with clinical studies

It also deals with research and development (in collaboration with the University of Lecce and Bari). It also produces and packages food supplements, nutraceuticals and private label cosmetics. It cultivates, transforms and produces semi-finished and finished products according to the Organic Production Regulations, with the awareness that this modus operandi is able to improve the quality of life. The company operates with a UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system certified by CERTIQUALITY, certificate No. 7382.

The Energy of Plants cultivates Aloe Arborescens and Aloe Vera according to the organic farming method. The cultivation and transformation cycle is strictly controlled and certified by CCPB. Our plantations are spread over about 5 hectares of which about 3 hectares in greenhouses that use eco-sustainable energy with photovoltaic panels and a significant benefit for the environment and health.
